We slept really well finally. There was a lot to do that day. We needed to unload everything, find a way to temporarily squeeze it into my garage, and then get our bikes ready for a 3 day trip to Daytona for Biketoberfest. My brother-in-law's wife Sharon drove from Philadelphia to Jacksonville towing my brother-in-law's Harley so it would be at my house when we arrived with the airplane. Funny, but that was our biggest concern during the troubled trip. Would we be able to make the bike trip to Daytona? We did, and it was a great way to end this excursion. Not long after we returned, a buyer bought my son's pickup truck and I donated the homemade trailer to our community grounds keeper. A happy ending for all.
