Brief Description:  Fit Cowling 6

The left bottom cowl inlet where it turns inwards in the upper left corner required continue filing of the last inch of top edge. It was made with too much extra height and was holding the whole top cowl too high from middle top to left corner. Finally, I reached the correct height and the top cowl was in the correct position for drilling the horizontal hinges, and also the future nutplates, 3 on each side behind the spinner. That done, I was able to finish the paperclip exercise on the baffles, complete them, and then start to mark up where to mount the horizontal hinges. I used an AN257 P4 on the bottom cowl, slowly rising about 1/8 inch front to back, and the standard AN 257 P3 on the top cowl. The P4 is wider base material so you can let solid aluminum show in the small gap between upper and lower cowl instead of seeing hinge eyes in that gap. Cool.
