Brief Description:  Cleveland Wheels / Brakes - 2

Everything comes off later, except the U-403 which is permanently mounted now. The co-pilot brake caliper requires that you swap the bleed fitting and the inlet fitting or else you would have the bleed fitting on the top and thats not right. Took it off, removed the temp nylon plug in the bottom and applied bakers seal (PTFE) to the 1st 3 threads and screwed the bleed fitting in hand tight, then 1/2 more turn, per Cleveland instructions. Its very tight and should not leak. Threaded the nylon plug into the top inlet for now. Tapped the Cleveland wheels onto the axles. One side was quite tight to get the inner bearing to slide over. Finally got it. You put one of the big spacer washers on 1st, then the wheel, then the 2nd big spacer washer, then the big nut. Split the caliper in half and positioned it on the mounting lugs, reattached the split halves (one brake pad on each side of the disk now)_ and lightly tightened it up for now. The wheel bolts and the brake caliper bolts all get 90 in/lbs torque when permanently tightened. The AN4 bolts get 65 in/lbs (50 to 70 in/lb range, plus 5 in lbs nylock nut resistance). Don't know why Cleveland says 90 in/lbs on their bolts and Vans manual says 50-70 for AN4s in tension. U-601s will come off and be primed/painted. They get drilled to the fairing later.
