Manual Reference:  Dynon Roll Servo
Brief Description:  Install Roll Servo bracket and test fit.

Positioned and drilled out the mounting holes (#30 then #19) for my Dynon Autopilot roll servo. The plan calls for the forward face of the servo to be 5.875" from the F604 bulkhead. If you position the bottom edge of the bracket at 6.0", that puts the servo at 5.875 because the servo itself mounts on 90 degree bent tabs that are 1/8 inch forward of the bracket bottom. Probably is not that critical but I try to hit the measurements as close as possible. If I build it like the plan says, it should work, right? The doubler mounts underneath on the outside bottom. Apparently,. the gear leg fairing will cover that doubler. You also have option of putting nut plates on the bracket or use washers and nuts. I will use nuts and washers. Finally, I dropped in the servo and everything fit perfectly. Later, I will permanently install everything after I prime parts and paint the fuselage interior. Always something else that has to be done 1st. I must not have my priorities correct.
