Brief Description: Right Control Surfaces completed
Have to remove two eyes in middle of hinge to insert hinge pin in two pieces then secure those two pieces with a clip arrangement riveted to the front spar. Also, checked the flatness of the flap and its associated bend radius at the rear. The square rested nicely along the whole flap and showed a very nice bend radius without the bulging or out of round radius. I was very pleased with that. Finally, I laid out the two control surfaces to imagine how it looked and interacted with each other. New up is the left flap.
Tedidous by easy riveting on the hinge using AN426AD3-4 rivets
Nice flat lay with no bulge near the rear bend radius.
