Brief Description:  One more rib prosealed

55g Proseal (50 white + 5 black) is exactly enough for each rib. I will plan on 65 or 70 for the outer tank rib to take into account the reinforcing plate in the leading edge plus a smaller stiffener plate in each corner where the rear baffle will touch the last rib. Those will square off the metal for a nice tight, strong fit. More on that later.
The riveting today went very smoothly. I don't like the air pressure guage right up next to the rivet gun. When you swivel the rivet gun to get a good angle on the rivet, that air pressure guage gets in the way of your wrist and arm. Its a small pain. Today I somehow got proseal on my mechanics stool, so when I sat down to rivet, it felt a little,,,, ''sticky". Had me going for a minute. Now, I have proseal on all surfaces and sides of my shorts and shirt. I wear the same clothes each time. They are definitely ruined but you should plan on that anyway. I don't wear long sleeves or long pants, and I have had to use MEK to clean off some proseal on my arms and knees. Comes right off.

Received order from Vans today. 2 com antennas, Koger canopy sun shade, bunches of adel clamps of various sizes, all necessary tank attach screws which were missing in my kit, many K1000-06 and K1000--08 platenuts, baggage tie down hardware and more. Don't you know I forgot to order a 2nd light kit. I have one duckworks Xenon D1S landing light kit, but I also want to put a 100W Halogen taxi light in the other wing. Guess that will be my next order. I also constructed a spray table 4x8' and 2 feet high with chicken wire stretched across it so I can begin priming a bunch of parts prior to assembly.
