Brief Description:  Fuel tank rib gets riveted and cleaned up

43 rivets per rib. AD426AN-3.3.5. Several things became evident while working on riveting the rib.
Lots of clecoes with proseal. I just kept adding them to a small 1lb coffee can with some MEK in it. You must rotate the tank onto its bottom and top to propelry place your rivet squeezer on the tip rivets. Before prosealing all the shop heads, take your gloves off one hand and gingerly feel the flush rivets. I found several stick up proud just a little. Get your squeezer and set them better. All the flush heads will fit nicely into the dimples. I used the tank dimple die on the tank skins and ribs when preparing them. It worked great. That little proseal under the rivet head makes the rivet sit exactly flush after squeezing. The tank dimple dies create a slightly deeper dimple than normal.
Once you are finished with squeezing you can proseal all the shop heads and clean up the lines.

I also noticed that three or four rivets did not want to push into the mated surfaces easily like the others. I took a #40 drill bit and twisted it in the mated holes for a couple turns. Then the rivet went into the mated surfaces very nicely. Do that rather than just trying to force the rivet into place by squeezing the rivet tool harder. Nice fit equals nice rivet setting.

Smoothe the lines along the rib on both sides, taking care not to spread the proseal onto the iurface of the tank skin that mates to the leading edge joining strip later.
