Brief Description:  Attach and Proseal more attachment to Tank

Installed nut plates for the fuel level attachment. Installed fuel pickup tube to AN fittings and riveted on the anti-rotation device which surrounds the nut on the fitting so it can't unloosen. I also plugged two wrong pre-drilled holes in this cover. Apparently those holes were for a different kind of attachment bracket which was superceded by the latest anti rotation bracket. On the other side of this plate, I added a 1/8 inch spacer beneath the fitting nut and tightened everyting up and prosealed that side as well. I had to drill out the first two AN470-AD4-5s which hold the anti rotation bracket. The shop heads were folding over. I used a different bucking bar with a narrow face on it to properly position it the 2nd time. Those shop heads came out fine. It was a tight fit between the fuel pickup tube and the rivets. Finally, on the outer tank rib, I plugged the tooling hole as well as a 2nd hole which I drilled to fix a small but deep ding in the rib web. On the same rib, I prosealed and attached the reinforcement plate at the rib tip, prosealing all rivets to prevent any leaks. Today I used 22 grams proseal. Next step is to start attaching ribs to skin beginning with outermost tank rib.
