You can see how the proseal squishes after riveting by looking at the picture of the rivet tape. You peel off the rivet tape and use the 2 inch squares wetted with MEK to clean the rivet heads up. They clean up very nicely. I used the Fuel Tank Dimple Die on the tank holes. It sets a slightly deeper dimple which accounts for proseal squished underneath the head. The ribs and stiffeners get the same tank dimple die used on them too. After all the sitffeners were riveted, I went back on each stiffener and sealed the rivet heads, and ran a bead along the sides of the stiffeners. I used a popsicle stick cut down to a smaller diameter head so it would run a nice bead along the stiffeners. Some people I have seen tape along all the sitffeners to get a really good looking straight line bead. Not interested in that. Just get this baby sealed up.....
