Brief Description:  Deburr, drilling and dimples - part 1

It took a while to deburr all the ribs and skin since both sides had to be don on all the hole. I use a combination of a deburring bit and a larger drill bit to do it. I almost like the drill better since I can really feel when the burrs are gone. I found that about 4 twists of the drill and I can feel the sharp edges free up and the bit spins easier. I guess that works for now until we get a real deburring tool that the guys in the video have.
Dimpling with the pnumatic squeezer was next. I really like that tool, something satisfying about doing that, and that thing is so powerful you have to respect it and keep fingers out!
I did the ribs and outer edges of the skin with that. I think it really saves a lot of time over a hand tool for sure. I did find a few holes that I missed when enlarging the skin/spar. I clekoed them back on briefly to drill the hole without fear of something being out of line.
The borrowed DRDT-2 was used on the un-reachable rivets to dimple with a bit of twisting and gripping in odd positions to get the skin in there and dimple while holding it back to move the handle.
Notice the dimples in the third photo. See the uneven reflections? That's not right!
See next day's entry for the fix.
