Brief Description: Preparing the right elevator spar and rib - again.

Again, the second time around when replacing parts that weren't done to satifaction is quicker the second time around. Not much discussion on this, since it's the second time this has been done on this elevator. Deburr edges, cleko together, match drill all holes, remove, deburr holes, dimple all the holes, then rough it up for priming.
Take outside to paint booth, acetone clean, spray primer and let sit overnight.
