Other than trimming the E720-KLM stiffeners to the proper size (I screwed up the first one and ordered a new replacement) this was pretty easy to do. Familiar work also since I've done the same for the rudder. Just a few hours of the following: - Line up holes for the correct top or bottom of skin. - Use snippers to rough cut all the stiffeners to proper shape/length - On the grinder, round the edges and smooth and shape the edges. - Cleko to skin - Drill the hols to #40 size (a few don't have the holes and need to be drilled thorugh) - Remove - Deburr, deburr skin, deburr more, deburr missed holes....done! - Dimple the skin and stiffeners. - Rough them with Scotchbright so they are then ready for cleaning and priming.
