Brief Description:  Elevator Stiffeners

Other than trimming the E720-KLM stiffeners to the proper size (I screwed up the first one and ordered a new replacement) this was pretty easy to do. Familiar work also since I've done the same for the rudder. Just a few hours of the following:
- Line up holes for the correct top or bottom of skin.
- Use snippers to rough cut all the stiffeners to proper shape/length
- On the grinder, round the edges and smooth and shape the edges.
- Cleko to skin
- Drill the hols to #40 size (a few don't have the holes and need to be drilled thorugh)
- Remove
- Deburr, deburr skin, deburr more, deburr missed holes....done!
- Dimple the skin and stiffeners.
- Rough them with Scotchbright so they are then ready for cleaning and priming.
