This part took a while to do. But it was easy, just take the time to carefully cut with the snippers and use the correct right/left snippers. Right handed I used the one that kept the left side as the "keep" side. Another easy task of "connect the dots" between holes and draw the line with a straight edge and a sharpie pen. Cut them out with the snippers, careful or you'll get curled pieces of aluminum around the workshop, could be bad to step on if you build in bare feet - they are sharp! After cutting the taper, it's easy (and fun if you enjoy the grinder!) to shape them into a nice smooth edge. I completed the taper cut and grinding then treated the edges of the stiffeners to a smooth feel. The front (leading edge) was ignored for now since that end will be cut to size according to the holes on the skin. Next, repeat the process again for the other skin.
Handful of cut stiffeners.
Draw the line to cut on - cut slightly outside the line and grind the rest.
