Pretty simple step. Just look at the diagram closely to see how the rudder stiffeners are cut out. There are 8 strips that cut apart into 2 stiffeners each. The holes make it easy to figure out, just cut center to center of each hole. Just study the cutting diagrem and start cutting them apart.
