Brief Description:  Final HS-601PP to ribs holes.

Today I pretty much did the final drilling and fitting of the left horizontal stabilizer. I enlarged all the HS-601PP (skin) holes to the #40 size with the drill. Sometimes I feel that I lost my place in the lines of holes by moving clekos to the next hole after drilling, but after checking them all, they all seemed to be the right size. If not, it's easy to fix!
I drilled the remaining holes in the outer flange of the HS-710 and HS-714 spars so they can be mounted to the inner flange of the foreward spars later.
Then while I was removing the HS-601PP skin from the frame, I took some time with the soldering iron to remove the plastic from along the rows of rivets. Notice I wasn't prescise with the melting, why bother with a straight edge? It's all going to come off soon enough anyway!

Drill note: A few days ago, the chuck of the Sioux drill suddenly came off and fell on the ground when I was revving up the drill. I put it back on, but then it was jammed on really tight and wouldn't move. I then found washer/space on the ground that should have been in ther too. After messing with it a while, I finally emailed Cleaveland Tools to ask about it. They sent a video on how to take the chuck off, and it worked fine! I may have bent something in the chuck since it has a tight spot now and have a slight wobble to the bits now. It's slight, and seems to work ok, but I ordered a new chuck anway to avoid screwed up hole sizes.
