Brief Description: Rudder Spar Cap - upper and lower
Separated the right and left sections of the upper and lower rudder spar cap. Trimmed the lower spar caps both right and left.
Deburred all the spar cap parts as well as the main rudder spar. The deburr process was more time consuming than I though. Talked to my friend Daryl in Houston, who is building an RV-7A, about the amount of deburring so it looks like more tool purchases on the horizon. It will speed up the time frame for deburring.
Marked the upper spar cap for placement, drilling and riveting to the main rudder spar.
