I was having trouble with the balloon attached to the vent fitting. I made a short 1/4" extension tube 6" long and attached the balloon to the tubing. I was able to seal off the balloon much better. I installed the fitting and the balloon to the right tank. Filled the tank with air, inflated the balloon and left over night. The balloon was still filled after 24 hours. Great, no leaks in the right tank. Switch the fittings to the left tank and filled with air. Did the usual soapy solution check on all fittings, rivets, an seams. No bubbles.
