Brief Description: Started the rib installation on right fuel tank
I used the semco sealant gun to apply an 1/8" bead of sealant on both sides of the rivet holes for rib installation. I then used the 1/2" plastic spatula to spread the sealant a little wider than the rib flange. I installed each rib this way an clecoed in place. then riveted in place as per plans starting from the leading edge to the aft end of the rib. Placed sealant and rib one at a time thru riveting. The first ribs were the 3 inter most ribs. Then the rib closest to the leading edge. I then installed the vent line that was pre bent to insert in the loop bracket fastened to the tank fuel cap flange. Then, installed the outboard most rib and riveted in place with a squeezer. Next, was to install the intermost rib, and install with a squeezer.
