Finished drilling the steel angles for the left wing jig. I measured the distance from the main spar to the rear spar and Placed the angles 42.5" from the floor. This will give the top of the leading edge ribs when attached 60" from the floor. It also, leaves 16" from the floor to the rear spar.1st picture is with a 16 1/4" block temporarily under the rear spar for support. 2nd picture is of the Right wing assembled as the left on the jig. Temporarily assembled, awaiting match drilling etc. 3rd picture is of the leading edge of the right wing spar with 2 x 4 blocks clamped to the end for support while assembling.
