Brief Description:  Tank Vent lines installation with vent farings

Started on vent lines from Fuel tanks. Desiging and bending the lines went with little resistance. I had very good results and not waist. Have some vent fairings from JD Air parts that I wish to incorporate in the vent system. As I am installing the Grove airfoil gear, the vent lines will extend straight thru the floor opening and out the supplied hole on the gear cover inspection plate. Wasn't sure what I was plannine would work. I think the results will be satisfactory. As the vent line enters the gear mount location, I measured for a AN coupling to attach the vent fairing. First picture is of the first vent line installed in the gear tower. Bend was helped with using some ceiling grid supension wire that I had laying around. I first measures the proposed bend locations, transfered to the 1/8 wire, then used a hand tubing bender to make the bends. All went really smooth. 2nd picture is of the AN fittng attached to the vent line protruding past the surface of the fuselage deck.3rd pic, is with the JD fairing installed. I also, made a rosette to allow the fairing to rotate against instead of setting flush against the floor skin for protection. I will be able at condition inspections, remove the vents to access the gear leg bolts, the touch up the surface paint and reinstall the fairing when finished.
