Completing the Throttle Connection
Last night I made the L-Bracket that holds the outer cable still while the inner cable slides in and out. When I tried the throttle however, their was some flex in the aluminum bar stock I used. I tried a thicker aluminum, but when I bent it to make the L, It broke at the bend. I decided to just make a 2nd L-Bracket and Lever piece and double each and it did the job of stiffening the assembly.
