Brief Description:  Remove PSRU sprocket

I went to Spanish Fork, UT for gyro flight training. When I arrived, the SH was down for maintenance. The fix is something every SH owner may want to consider. During emergency power off landing training, the instructor (Mike) throttled down and the engine quit. The issue was the bearing in the PSRU sprocket where able to enlongate their hole and the aluminum spacer between them began to heat up and grind itself. The fix was to sleeve the bearings and replace the spacer with a steel replacement. This issue as occurred several times with different SHs and at the time some thought it was bad bearings. I believe it the steel bearing enlongating the hole that it is pressed into is the root cause. I love the fix and I'm going to sleeve my bearings before I fly it.

I went to 4 machine shops and each said they could sleeve the bearings. Price range from 250 to 500 dollars.
