Brief Description: Transponder

Today I worked on a J pole antenna designed by Jim Weir. It will allows me to use the FL-760 VHF radio as a base station. I soldered the J pole copper pipe together. Finding RG-85 cable is getting tough. Only one place in Colorado Springs seems to carry it anymore. I purchase another serpent belt for the pre-rotator and AGAIN it was the wrong size. The quest has been a huge time sucker. I began fashioning a bracket to hold the transponder bucket.
