I discovered I was too liberal with the expoxy when I glued the nut plates and their rivets. The nut plates would not move. While messing with the bolt, I also learn that if pushed hard enough, the nut plate would pop off. So I decided to pop all the nut plates off, replace the hardware, and glue them with the magnolia expoxy
While the expoxy set, I began cutting out the instrument panel transponder location.
