Used bend calculator to determine bend sight lines on aileron skin then bent using brake. Clamped to rib to confirm proper fit. Measured and marked rib rivet lines. Am going with the standard "flex" hinge with it's inherent spring rate that, when combined with mass balance arm should provide more robust dampening of any potential induced oscillations.
