Layed out and cut both aileron skins from 0.016". Made 5mm marking mistake on developed length of one end of one blank. Will need to determine if there is sufficient extra length in the flex hinge to allow it's use. If not will re-blank.
Alternatively I could use this blank to form a 6-PH-1 skin if I decide to go with the hinged aileron.
