Used aileron and flap rib form blocks as templates for the blanking profile forms with matching 1/4" tooling holes. Rough cut both sets of blanking profile forms with reciprocating saw. Layed out aileron blanks on 0.025" sheet Cut out blanks with snips. Clamped aileron blanks to one profile form and match drilled the tooling holes. Created a "rib sandwich" stack using both forms and 8 of the 10 blanks. The other 2 blanks will be formed without the tooling holes for cleaner aesthetics of the inboard ribs. Dirlled 1/4" corner relief holes. Cut off corners. Sanded entire stack down to the final profile size.
