Layed out 12 flap rib blanks on 0.025" sheet with common edges to minimize waste. Scored blank edges with Olfa knife. This method yielded staighter, flatter blanks with less effort than using snips. "Blondie #2" was my helper tonight so she was assigned the job of bending off the blanks. Match drilled tooling holes in 10 of the 12 blanks to a profile form.
