Cut out 3/4" HDF form blocks for flap ribs 6W1-1, aileron ribs 6W2-2 and aileron tips 6W2-4. Chop saw, band saw, sander and drill press all put into action. Will use these to create forms for the metal blanks then will route 1/8" radii and bevel the edges.
Cut out two pieces of 1/2" Corian from an old counter top that will be used to make form blocks for the wing nose ribs. This material is hard yet is machines very easily - perfect for this application.
