Brief Description: Finalized Trim Tab and Servo Setup
Was necessary to unscrew clevises a total of 4.5 turns in order for trim tab to be in the neutral position with servo in it's centered position.
Tested the electric trim system by connecting all of the components and cycling the tab to the extremes of the servo travel. See at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqmQ7d7JGJo
Drilled the 3/16" holes in the upper and lower elevator horns.
Riveted the bottom skin to the ribs and channels.
Drilled 1/16" holes in the ends of each hinge for safety wire or cotter pin. Discovered that the pins in my aluminum hinges are also aluminum. My hinge vendor has stainless pins which I will be purchasing later this week.
