Attached servo, switch and indicator to a shoebox serving as a benchtop test bed. Made all electrical connections according to the Ray Allen instructions then cycled the servo to it's travel extremes. Moved the actuator to the center of it's travel as indicated by the LED indicator and left in this position for installation.
Cut down the pushrod so that when fully seated in each clevis the pin hole centers were 115mm apart per the drawing.
Attached pushrod assebly to servo, clecod servo then verified fit of clevis to horn.
