Clecod skin to spars and ribs at every other hole with hinge in place to verify fit. Drew lines through center of the end rib holes sqare to the skin end to serve as locators for the fiberglass tip ribs. Pulled rivets starting from the middle then worked outward and rearward. Ran out of rivets 25 short of completing the entire stabilizer so left clecos in place until I order more. One of the rivets on the left end rib was too close to the edge of a flange crimp causing the head to sink into the skin as shown in Image 3. Won't be winning any craftsmanship awards for that defect but functionally all should be fine.
