Hinge rivet hole line was drawn 8mm from trailing skin edge. Layed out hinge line rivet hole spacing using 40mm pitch - common with front spar. Drilled pilot holes through skin, hinge and spar flange starting at center then working outward. Used my small scale as a spacer between the trailing edge and tipped-up hinge half which resulted in the trailing skin edge being co-linear with the hinge knuckle clearance slots.
Cut spacers (appox 18x169mm) from 0.040" to place between the ends of the hinge and the end ribs to prevent the skin from pulling down - from hinge height to spar height - along this length.
