Created a couple of "V" block jigs from a 2x6 to hold rudder vertically.
Fitted a rectangular piece of wood to the nose rib - with small notch in corner so block is on same plane as backside of rear rib flange - to act as a temporary square. This is easier than holding a square up in under the skin and hoping the rib stays put while pulling skin in place.
Observation: When nose skin was inserted under rear skin the edges were resting on top of the rib clecos before the nose radius was tight with the nose rib. I marked the nose skin along the rear skin edge to establish a distance between the edges of the two skins. After removing the nose skin I measureed the distances at 15 to 40mm (bottom to top). The extra insertion depth at the top was due to my modification of the tip rib (previous log entry) which also caused the nose skin to slope back a little more than the design specifies.
