Cut circles from a rubber garden hose sleeve to serve as drill chuck jaw protectors. Not really necessary when drilling through to bench top or other thick surface but a must-have when drilling through only sheet metal where it's very difficult to stop forward motion drill motor when drill breaks through back side of hole.
