Composite tip rib 65T4-2 arrived UPS from ZAC today. I was a bit surprised that the part wasn't in it's finished configuration but in the larger context of scratch building this is no big deal.
5/22/11: Cut off excess material with band saw. Created bottom surface plane by placing flat on the belt sander, ensuring there was no molded curvature left on the bottom that would act as stand-offs to the mating skins. Marked rivet lines 10mm from bottom edges per page 5 of section 6-T-5 in assembly guilde.
