Step 4 Step drilled marked hole to 5/8".
Step 5 Repeated step 3 for locating and drilling F1011E to F1011 bulkhead.

Step 1 Fabricated HS attachment angle from stock. Step 2 Seperated bulkhead doubler Step 3 Deburred F1010 bulkhead and clecoed doublers in place Step 4 Placed F1010A on bulkhead 1/8" above top flange of bulkhead. Clamped in place. Match drilled top 13 holes with #30. Step 5 Final drilled #30 remaining common holes of bulkhead and doublers. Step 6 Deburred F1008 L+R frames. Clecoed together with F1085 rudder cable bracket. Final drilled common holes #30. Step 7 Deburred F1007 L+R. Clecoed together and final drilled #30 common holes Step 8 Step drilled number 3/16" holes to 5/8".
