10-2 Step 5 Machine C'sink 1011e for flush rivets on nutplates. Step 6 Cut bulkhead stiffener to length from stock 10-3 Step 1 Straightened HS attachment bars (1011C) and deburred. Step 2 Clecoed to Bars to F-1011 bulkhead and match drilled #30 all common holes except the two common to F-1011a stiffener.
