Brief Description: Tie down and aft bulkhead

Step 1 Cut tie down bar from stock- will tap later Step 2 Deburred F1012a+b bulkheads and clecod together. Step 3 Marked tie down bar per plans and clamped to bulkheads. Matche drilled #30 holes first and clecoed. Then match drilled 3/16 " holes. Step 4 Cut F1011e from stock and drilled #12 holes per plans. Step 5 Match drilled holes for nutplates.
