Brief Description: Doors Day #14 and Wheel Pants Day #4
Started day with masking off and painting the door lock recess.Then proceeded to start final install of locking mechanism. Installed all pushrods and UMHW blocks. Began process of filling around blocks. Adjusted handles and lock pins for ease of operation. Missing correct retainer pin for gear mechanism.
Built up axle extension attach point with epoxy/flox and an AN washer. Left to cure overnight.
Cut hinges for gear leg fairing to lengths in plans. Marked rivet spacing on hinges and hinge location inside fairings. Clamped hinge in fairing and drilled #40 each mark. Completed for both fairings.
