Brief Description: Deburred and dimpled HS skeleton
Deburred the horizontal stabilizer skins. Then I set up the pneumatic squeezer in the vise as a stationary dimpler (this was a suggestion from Mike Stewart). It worked great for the skeleton. I had to use the pop rivet dimpler for some of the holes at the tip of the nose ribs. I mocked up the c-frame dimpler and determined that I will need some sort of support around the dimpler to support the skins when I wrestle them onto the dimple die in the c-frame. I figured that a 1-1/2 inch wide support will be just right with the plastic grass door mat I bought at WalMart.
