I first primed the fabric / frame, then mounted the strips and windows.
I purposly made the lines of my design across the door straight. I was a little concerned that the straight lines would look curved as then transitioned across the bowed door, and to account for this I used a laser to show me where a straight looking line should be taped off - Worked like a charm!
