With all the strips mounted to the doors I found there was interference with the fuselage frame as the doors were opened. I trimmed as necessary.
Also, while observing the factory prototype at OshKosh, I noticed a pair of tennis balls with slits in them in the baggage compartment. When I asked Randy about them he pointed at the sharp corners on the door and explained that they use the balls to cover up the corners after a few instances of people cutting their heads on sharp edges, so I rounded all the corners on my doors.
