With the window strips all fixed, I started mounting the remaining strips around the outside of the door. I found that the front strip, which is one piece that covers the entire front edge from top to bottom, would not fit without buckling just below the window.
To rectify this, I cut the lower portion off, and used it as a template to make a new lower piece. This allowed me to line the front edge up perfect with the fuselage frame and get a nice fit all around the door frame.
