Drilled the fuel cap and glued the scupper in place.
Comments:
* I used Weldwood Landau Cement to glue the scupper to the retainer ring and root skins. I discovered this stuff on a previous car project when I had a complete dash fall apart when I used 3M77 to attach the pleather. The landau stuff is magical. It says it is made for spraying, but I have always applied it with a cheap brush.
* I transfer drilled the tank #11 through the filler neck. Once I had two holes drilled, I installed the retainer ring with clekos to drill the remaining holes. When I tried to drill the 25/64 for the vent the bit bound up. I ended up removing the filler neck and retainer ring and drilling the vent hole on the drill press, and then reinstalled to transfer drill the tank and scupper.
Scupper glued to retainer ring, and filler neck ready for drilling.
