I promised myself when I started this project, I would learn as many new things as possible. I have 25 years experience working and flying airplanes. I have "0" Zero time sewing, never even attempted it in my llife. So, something I need to learn. After watching "Singer" youtube videos, I practiced for about an hour... Then started laying out the patterns, These are Van's seat cores and plans.
This was my first attempted on some of the interior. The booster wedge. Far from perfect, and I will not be quitting my day job anytime soon. But, it turned out pretty good and very functional.
I am proud of myself... LOL
It's made from a fire proof re-inforced burlap. very thick and not all that easy to work with, but I managed. One down One to Go...
