Brief Description:  Ground Test Transponder

Looks like most, if not all work at this point will be at the hanger.
My significate other was able to park in the garage for the first time in 4 years.
I still need to move my work benches and tools to the hanger...
I did not realize I had so much stuff. You never do until you have to move it.

I un-boxed the transponder and plugged it into the already fabricated and installed harness.
I hooked up my laptop to the VP-X and actived the circuit and associated it with the avionics switch. Configured Port 3 on the Skyview, and entered the Hex code assigned to my "N" number.
Entered the aircraft category, length, width and configured VFR 1200 default, and assigned the Skyview GPS for position data at this time.

Cycled the system, and powered up the avionics stack. The transponder displayed on the Skyview with no errors. Checked the data stream with no errors. I function checked the "STBY", "ON" and "ALT" all systems ground checked successfully. Contacted the Tower for a radio check... 5 by 5...

I need to terminate the antenna cable and mount the transponder in the avionics bay.
