I have been a bit lazy since returning from vacation. I have to get back in the focus of working on the plane each day. Way too close to completion to take a break now.
Anyway...
I took delivery of the ACK ELT, and reviewed the installation procedures. I plan to install the ELT in the aft section right under the vertical stabilizer, easy access and level. I will run the wires necessary to have GPS position reporting. I wish I would have planned a bit better for the remote switch, I will need to cut an additional hole in the panel to accomodate.
