Option #1 The mounting kits came in today, so I began by mounting the right landing light externally. Altough it worked, it was tacking looking, and it was basically resting on the plexy cover.
Option #2 I fabricated a mounting bracket for the left landing light internally... I bassically used the technique featured on the AeroLED website. Using the front bezel of the Sun Ray as the mounting point. The braket has a 15 degree or so bend to offset the wingtip cutout. The mount features 2 rivnuts that will be used to adjust the light up and down, and toe in and out.
Option #2 is the only way to go... looks clean and in no way interferes with the plexy cover.
