I completely removed the control stick assembly from the aircraft. Removed the 4 bolts that attached it to the spar and lifted it right out. I am glad I decided to modify the outer (2) seat ribs the same as the inner (2). This gave me the chance to put it on the bench and torque all the bolt call outs. I installed the trim C-606 attachment hardware and the .041 stainless safety wire and adjusted the tension on the springs. Re-installed the control stick assembly in the aircraft. Tested movement and clearances... I may have to increase the tension on the springs. It seems I have a little too much play at full travel, thats a fairly easy adjustment.
